Dunfermline Track & Field are holding their inaugural Open Graded Competition on Wed 19 May.
This is a mostly inhouse event for our own athletes to give them a taste of club competition. It is run by the club officials and coaches – everybody your athlete will know and are used to.
It is to be the first of 4 DTF organised over the season to compensate for the lack of leagues etc this year due to the covid situation.
It will be run on a very friendly , covid secure manner on a normal Wed training night – However you have to Enter your athlete to take part. –

There are 4 events available for U11, U13 & U15 athletes – 100m, 800m, Long Jump, Shot Put, – Athletes can choose 1 track event plus up to 2 field events (to make 3 events in total) Cost is £4 per event.

This is a perfect opportunity for those that have never competed before to take part in a low key , friendly event on our home track, run by the usual people athletes see at training.
We would encourage EVERYONE to sign up and have a go – especially our U11 and U13 athletes.
As this is on a normal training night – there obviously will be no usual club training carried out that evening.
This event will shortly be advertised to other clubs to take up the places not taken by DTFC athletes and there are only a few spaces currently available in some field events at present as they have filled up quickly .
