Livingston Open XC
The first Livingston Open XC of the winter takes place on Saturday 5th October. This is a self entry event via the Livingston AC web page, with entries closing this Thursday.
All age groups are catered for, and with the distances being shorter than normal this is a good tester before the League races get under way.
I would encourage all the children from the younger age groups to have a go, but especially the U11s. Their race is less than a mile long (4 laps of the track) and everyone is capable of running this.
