REMINDER - ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TO BE PAID BEFORE 31ST MARCH 2019

Annual membership for Dunfermline Track and Field Club is now due for renewal.

The membership must be paid online via the website / team app by March 31st 2019.

As agreed at the AGM, any member failing to make payment by 31st March 2019 shall cease to be entitled to the rights and privileges of membership of the club. A late payment levy of £5 will be charged to any member where the membership renewal subscription is not received by 31st March 2019.

We also require you to read carefully the renewal guidance, which sets out some conditions of membership and also complete the 2019 Membership Renewal Form (to ensure we have athletes and contact details correct) and also the mandatory Volunteer Assistance Form. If you or your child has joined the club since 1st January 2019. you do not need to complete the forms but you do need to pay the annual renewal fee.

Once you have paid the renewal online, please return the membership renewal and volunteer assistance form either by email to the membership secretary membershipdtfc@gmail.com or to the registration desk at training.

Your membership renewal is not complete until we receive payment AND both completed forms, and the athlete will not be able to compete for the club until all are received. If you do not wish to renew your membership please inform the membership secretary by return.
