This is the last chance toe nter the Dunfermline Track & Field Club Championships at Grangemouth on Sat Mar 6th .

We would like as many athletes in the club to enter if possible – all ages and abilities.
This is a low key club event that will enable athletes to gain experience of competing and allow proper recording of times and distances which will be invaluable for coaches to gain an idea of athlete progress in the season ahead .
There are events for all ages – INCLUDING A RUN JUMP THROW FOR U9’s .
